The water is always clean. Benidorm’s two main beaches the Levante and the Poniente both have blue flag status. Every morning, the sand is cleaned and groomed.

Benidorm offers all kinds of water sports. It is possible to enjoy water skiing, scuba diving, jet skiing and paragliding. Banana boats are a big attraction, and there are all kinds of boat trips available meaning that you can go fishing or enjoy a trip over to Peacock Island to enjoy the wildlife.
Regardless of what you like to do in the evening, you can find it in Benidorm. There are all kinds of clubs, bars and restaurants here all catering for different tastes.
If you want a quiet night with a drink playing cards or enjoying a quiz you can do that. Prefer a more Spanish night out? Go to the old town and join the old Spanish men playing dominos, a not so quiet night out, but none the less enjoyable.
There are numerous nightclubs, the best of which are concentrated around the Avenida Communitat Valencia. If you fancy a show, Benidorm Palace is a good destination to enjoy a variety show and dinner.
Benidorm is alive with music of all kinds. There are live bands in lots of the bars and some places still offer flamenco evenings.
Theme parks, zoos and other attractions
On the edge of Benidorm is Terra Mitica, which is a huge theme park. Also nearby are Marineland, Aqualandia, several zoos and many other attractions.
